Reading this article makes me realize that yea, Kubiak may be the problem, but not as much as we might think. Look at teams with mediocre head coaches. The Falcons...the Chiefs especially, went out and got ex head coach coordinators. Now, i am not a kubiak apologist because i believe that he has a huge say in who he hires and who he doesnt, but the ONLY way i would give him a REMOTE chance of coming back next year is if he hires a veteran DEFENSIVE coordinator, (Marvin Lewis) *cough*. It has clearly made the difference on teams that have been generally bad just as long as the texans have.

P.S Dont forget our very own Dom Capers!!!! And i guarantee you that Kubiak will be an amazing O Coordinator for some other team.
