Hmm...doesn't excite me that much.

Guess it the kids turn to get a band to listen too after a relatively 'old' few past years.

Kids don't get a right to listen to their bands when their tastes are always so terrible.

Eh, I guess it could be worse. NFL went the safe route yet still choose a band that appeals to younger folks.

Sorry to disagree with you all, Black Eyed Peas are awesome sauce. I read the thread title and thought finally a show worth watching.

To each their own I guess.

Meh.... Who actually watches the halftime show anyway??

I will admit though, Fergie is a least a little eye candy... (as long as she doesn't pee herself).

Well certainly not you since they instituted the lingerie bowl.

Aside TB - LOL, wife and I stopped into Bubba's on Wednesday for a Bloody Mary. Didn't realize it was lingerie lunch. Then I was surprised you weren't there.

Lingerie lunch?

There was a guy in there with $60 worth of tickets for some sort of useless raffle crap. I leaned over the rail and told him he was blowing three table dances. I thought Bill would be proud.

The only thing that impressed me about that show is that the network didn't blur the giant phallic guitar.

Me and 97,000 of my closest friends boo'ed Prince off the stage at LA Coliseum back in 1985 (I think it was that year).

So much for the CFL being 2nd rate to the NFL. We had those guys as our half time show 5 years ago!

(kidding about the 2nd rate thing)

Maybe it's just me but I never watch the halftime show anyway. It isn't just about who they have playing this year or any year really. I just never watch it. I couldn't care less who's playing.

Bathroom break, beer reload, or possibly time to make a gigantic sammich. That's halftime.

Pretty much... with maybe a step outside for a toke or two.
