Here's a link to our story. We put a few words in coach's mouth, so to speak. But, I'm pretty confident they accurately represent what is happening in that brilliant mind of his. Also, there is a direct link to the video of the press conference at the official site. It is worth a watch. I thought it was one of the more humorous pressers of the season and informative in regards to the state of mind of the coaching staff:

(on T Rashad Butler’s play and what he expects from T Duane Brown) “Well, I think (T Rashad) Butler, got a chance, he played for a month, played against two very excellent pass-rushing teams. He helped himself as a pro. He went in there and I think he did a good job; he can always do better. Our football team is still able to function offensively and we didn’t have to game plan everything to go help him on a regular basis, so I’m proud of the job he did. He took a step forward as a pro and helped himself in his career. But it is good to have (T) Duane (Brown) back. He was back in meetings today and he will go back to his spot as we work out tomorrow. So, it’s good to have him back.”

He played pretty well but he did not impress us to the point where we will prioritize signing him this off-season. He’ll be a free agent, get a decent contract offer from another team, and move on. I’m glad he was able to come in and play reasonably well for us, though.

I'm thinking it might be wise to trade him.

since we have no intention of resigning him.
