A slight shift in my attitude is beginning to develop with this years offensive showings.

I am beginning to see, growing in me, a calming confidence in their ability to score, to score big, and to score fast. This attitude, if growing in me and changing my perspective and attitude, has GOT to be ever-growing with the team despite the on again, off again struggles that seem to rear its ugly head.

When the defense came onto the field in the next to the last possession, there was a step in their stride that may perhaps be a telling sign of a subtle shift in their confidence as well. Perhaps they may find a way to feed off that confidence, and with this win and the subsequent bye we have for this next week, perhaps this period of time is what we need to get the defense onto some kind of track.

Lets hope its not a train track! :texflag:

I have confidence in our offense to score 75% of the time.

Unfortunately that is not enough when your D is giving up scores 80% of the time.

I have confidence in our offense to score...in the second half...sometimes.
