Don't think that's Bullpen. Maybe section 115 or 118. I don't recognize any of those people.

Also, people from other sections pack the lower Bullpen area after the games. Could be anyone.

That looks like it's in Buffalo. There is no part in our stadium the seats are that low to the ground.
Plus I see Bills shirts.
