From Dan Pompei's Column (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/3425882)...
Teams looking for a young quarterback who is less expensive than Drew Brees might want to dial up James "Shack" Harris. At 57, the Jaguars' vice president of player personnel and former NFL quarterback isn't making a comeback, but he has a passer who could fill the bill. Jaguars backup David Garrard is able and available. The asking price for Garrard: a first-round draft pick.

Garrard is entering the final year of his contract, so this is the Jags' last chance to get something in return for Garrard before he becomes a free agent. But if the Jaguars can't get substantial value in a trade, they'll have no problem keeping Garrard for a year as an insurance policy for Byron Leftwich.

I'd take Garrard if Banks becomes unavailable.
