As we all know, CC is maybe the smartest man in football, as evidenced by the great teams he put on the field here. He just put an end to all the Fire Kubiak rumors. He says Kubiak will not only be back next season, he will be extended. Time to end all new head coach talk now, so says the Great One.

Let it be written, let it be said.....

It wouldn't surprise me if that happened at all.

Real stupid, but predictable.

Saw that too. I say just let him play out the contract.

Isn't this the same guy that reviewed two game tapes on P-Burnt that figured him to be a good pick up?

Based on CC's history, Kubes is as good as gone. Probably at half time.

"We not only have our quarterback, we will be exercising our option to keep him here for a long time to come" - Charlie Casserly 2006 referencing David Carr when asked about drafting Vince Young

Let's wait until after this game. If the Texans lose this one, and the right teams lose tonight that would have put us in the playoffs, Kubiak could be history quickly.

Back, I can see, though not agree with. Extension? That would just be bad business. Let's see him coach with the job on the line.
