"Kelvin Hayden's status for Sunday is uncertain after he suffered a knee injury and concussion against the 49ers. Caldwell was unable to provide an update on Hayden, but said Marlin Jackson, who has missed the past two games with a left knee injury, might return."

I don't wish injuries on any team but it is what it is. Here's to an injury free game this Sunday for both teams. :toast2:

Colts LB Tyjuan Hagler has been placed on injured reserve with an ruptured biceps

Don't have a link. It was on ESPN. He has started every game this season. I haven't heard much about him though.

Second-year linebacker Philip Wheeler and undrafted rookie Ramon Humber are expected to replace Hagler. Indy also will promote rookie linebacker Cody Glenn to the active roster from the practice squad.Hagler was fourth on the team with 36 tackles.

From PFT

The undefeated Indianapolis Colts will have to go the rest of the season without a defensive starter.

Colts linebacker Tyjuan Hagler has been placed on injured reserve with a ruptured biceps, an injury he suffered Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. Hagler had started all seven games for the Colts this season.

With Hagler out for the season, the Colts will turn to either Philip Wheeler or Ramon Humber to replace him, beginning Sunday against the Houston Texans. Wheeler was a third-round draft pick in 2008 and Humber is an undrafted rookie.

When asked whether Wheeler is ready to be a starter, Colts coach Jim Caldwell told the Indianapolis Star, "He has to be."

In addition to Hagler and a new injury for safety Bob Sanders, the Colts have other injury concerns: Caldwell offered no timetable for the return of cornerback Kelvin Hayden or wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez, both of whom are suffering from knee injuries.

Hopefully Hayden is healthy for the game. He's been one of the worst corners in the NFL this year. 93rd out of the 96 I've calculated a ranking for.

Only Cox(Jags), Leggett(Chiefs), and highly touted rookie Vontae Davis(MIA) are worse.

Unfortunately Jerraud Powers is going to play and he is the 3rd best, behind only Corey Webster(NYG) and Sheldon Brown(PHI).

Losing a LB and some DBs would help the Texans immensely to spread the ball around and replace OD's production through Dreesen, Walter, JJ, other Andre, and Moats.
