Great catch Braylon....that guy has paid off already. Just had to escape the hell of Cleveland. that would be TD #2

Spotted at 1..still a great catch

it's almost worth 2 and a half years of mediocre football to see him make that play. brilliant. that's why ya draft henne

The Jets so far have gotten the best out of the Cleveland deals. Sanchez and Edwards could be an improved Testaverde/Chrebet.

Ginn did pretty well last year...you could see him progressing. I thought he would have a good year this year...big 3rd year for WRs.

I just want the Jets to win so the Texans will have less competition for the Wild card(So the dolphins don't have the same record as us).

Does Buddy Ryan have another son? We could use a good defensive coach.

Do you mean other than Rexís twin brother Rob, the DC of the Browns?

I've seen some bad officiating since the Dolphins got 24 points. The pass interference was bogus, but there was a hold if not facemask on the Jets at the line on the same play.

I still think the 'Phins got a first down that wasn't awarded as well, but they were too busy in the booth to be bothered.

I picked the Jets, but want the Dolphins to win.

I know about Rex and Rob, I wonder if there's a Rick somewhere. Maybe a Rodrigo.

The Dolphins have good games when they wear that orange jersey.

Sounds familiar, and a bit off-hue... :runaway:

What a great job of game-planning and executing by the Dolphins. They came into the game ready for just about everything the Jets threw at them.

Just wanna say that 3rd down on the 15 or so at the end of the 4th, Sparano made a beautiful play call. RR was just going to bring the heat like he always does on 3rd, and Sparano changed the game on him, moved the pocket out to the right and effectively out smarted that Jets' blitz. Loved the look on RR's face.

pretty crazy to think that the only player to beat Revis this year on a play is Ted Ginn.

Couldn't believe my ears when they said that was the first 20+ yard pass the Jets had given up on the season.

jesus, 130.4 passer rating for Henne.

I like how Stuart Scott was struggling on the decision to say Kerry Collins' or Matt Shcaub's passer rating when showing off Henne's. "Look at that, Brady, Brees...and.....uh....Collins who isn't that great but has over 3,000 completions."

kastofsna
10-12-2009, 11:15 PM
yeah, i think Schaub has at least earned a spot over Collins on such a dubious list.

Ted Ginn Has got to get a knickname. There's a guy you might be aware of named Ed Gein that was so horrible he inspired the character Norman Bates and Leatherface. He's known as The Real American Psycho. Everytime I hear Ted Ginn's name I think of 'ol Ed Gein (pronounced "Geen"). I don't know why. Maybe the Jets would know..lol.

you guys and the dolphins are gonna have to fight on draft day to draft good secondary players. dolphins could be undefeated with even a DECENT secondary

Thomas Jones' second TD gave me a win in fantasy football this week. By one point! Sweet!

Great game, really enjoyed it !
And I especially liked the way Chucky was bragging all night about the best cover-corner in the league only to have Ginn kick his azz on the big-bomb
which was the defining play of the game.

kastofsna
10-13-2009, 10:04 AM
that's literally the first time Ginn has had a long bomb catch like that in 3 years. now, one of those a game should be fine

I liked Ryan's post game comments:

I didn't have them prepared
We didn't execute
It's on me

It's like Kubiak mailed him his loss speech.
