If we don't cover that at home...this team should be moved to Conference USA immediately.

The Raiders are imploding as a team - heck, as an organization, and we usually bounce back pretty well from stinging defeats.

We should hange 40-plus on them and not give up more than 2 TD's.

I see them aliens been messing with sports forecasters heads again, their brains are fried.

At home? Why not - I'd take it. Raiders offense is horrible - absolutely zero passing game...and they will not be able to stop our offense. I call blowout. Now, after this game, I don't like our chances much...

I just did.

And don't hate me but I took the Jags and 3.5. I just knew it was gonna be a 3 point win for us.

That's probably just what the Texans don't need: some message-board material to really motivate a team which is already an underdog. The bookies did the Texans no favors here - my advice is take the points. And fast !

Has Vegas seen this team play defense? I wonder what the over/under is? Gotta be a big number, even with the inept Raider offense.

Wait till Russel Completes 70% of his passes... That will be a VERY bad feeling.

That is what many said last year...

Raiders offense is horrible.

That doesn't matter. We will probably still give up at least 30 points at home. Remember the Jags offense wasn't very good either. Our defense is the cure for everything that ails an offense.

So this means they expect our offense to put up about 40 points. I wonder what the over is for this game. If it is below 70 I would probably take the over.

Look familiar?

J. Russell - 18/25 236 yards 2 TD's

Fargas - 22 Att 93 yards
McFadden - 12 Att 46 yards

If I had all 3 Raiders RBs I would start them all this week on my fantasy team. We cannot stop the run and now that Bennett has been exposed their passing game might get on track. I was actually wanting Faggins to suit up and get in for Bennett, at least Petey could tackle. Maybe we should give the rookies a little more a run and get Moulden some reps, because this is NOT working out. We have to get the top rated safety in the draft. Busing was right there on MJD's 61 yard TD but got frozen.

It's not that we are losing it's THE WAY we are losing!

As of now the over/under is 41.5... More than likely gonna change as the week goes

Oakland barely lost to SD, beat KC (who doesn't right now) and got beat by Denver whose defense has improved this year. It's hard to say that their passing game will not show up against us because I know they got a run game and our defense is great for guys who want 3 TDs and over 100 yards.

I think I'll go ahead and bet the Raiders to cover, that way the Texans will be guaranteed to completely blow them out.

My logic too but it backfired against the Jags.

It is already at 9. O/U is 41

A smart man once said, if your opinion differs greatly from Vegas', you might want to check your opinion.

Would that be the Vegas that picked the Texans to beat the Jets, lose to the Titans, and beat the Jags? Maybe Vegas isn't all that smart when it comes to the Texans.

I guess this will be "backwards" week at the bookies. Most of the bets on the Texans will be by disgruntled Raiders fans and most of the bets on the Raiders will be by disgruntled Texans fans.

Kids? Sorry, no college fund. In fact, we need you to drop out of 4th grade and get a job so we can pay the second mortgage. Texans beat a crappy team at home! Who knew???
