Sounds like the same philosophy the Texans will be pushing. If the Texans can keep their cool, Shockey et. al may decompensate when their panties get twisted. Mistakes are to be expected, moreso in the preseason. But, it certainly will be interesting to see who blinks first.........and last, tonight.

Well, I guess turnabout is fair play. After all, we did force them into a big mistake during the 2006 NFL Draft. :stirpot:

As a side note, I hope our coaches aren't trying to win this game. There should be a plethora of things we need to work on, identified in our first preseason game, and our practice through the week.

It's always been my opinion that these preseason games should be used first and foremost to prepare our players for game 1.

Last years game one against the Steelers makes me believe Kubiak & Co. didn't see it the same way. I hope we've learned our lesson, and the Jets are the ones who look unprepared week 1.
