Would anyone that subscribes to the ESPN insider be willing to share that article?

I dont have it otherwise i would.

Figured it would be important considering 5 teams we play use this defense.

Thanks in advance.

We don't post paid for subscription articles. Someone can paraphrase it here or pm/e-mail it to you.

Can someone paraphrase the article?

It pretty much states that any team making a switch to a 3-4 can expect a "5% drop-off in overall performance through Week 4 compared to the previous season." It then lists 5 teams making the switch and very briefly looks at a player or two on the team that needs to make a successful transition for the defense to be successful. The title of the article is misleading, no tips on how to attack an established 3-4 etc.

Conventional wisdom says the weakness of a 3-4 is right up the gut right? Isn't the purpose of a 3-4 to keep perimeter runs/throws to a minimum and force an offense to go up the middle of the field?
