go to a Texans game if it was scheduled at 2pm on a Wednesday?

The reason I ask is because today was the US-Mexico WC qualifying game in Mexico. The game was scheduled to begin at around 2pm today, a Wednesday.

I found this an incredibly bizarre time, so the question is, if the Texans had a game at Reliant at 2pm on a Wednesday, would you attend it?

Well, in this case, a mere 105,000

No doubt in my mind...I would be there. Even if it were a preseason game.

I think it should be a state holiday every time football is played on a weekday.

Absolutely I would be there!! I work nights! :shetexan:

We'll never have to worry about that though. The "suits" would have a fit, and they pay the big bucks for PSLs.

I sit up late at night every time the Texans play, and I end up missing all kinds of things the day after. Wednesday 2pm, easy :)

NO, but I cannot afford to go to the games - no matter when they are held.

But I would hate it as I would not be able to watch it on TV.

You are talking about a country that has a designated rest time throughout the country. Also, I've been to Mexico before and whenever their soccer team plays, the whole country shuts down.

I've done it before for Astros games, so yeah, I'd definitely do it for the Texans. In fact I have done it (half day) for the Texans before when they had the Thursday night game. :texflag:

Will more fans be hurt/killed than goals scored?

I went to BW3 Midtown after work...the soccer game had just ended and it was packed out to watch there. Cleared quickly but a massive group for soccer and work time.

Not only would I go, but I would take off Thursday as well. That's a lesson I learned last year going to the Monday night football game.
