Expectation: The Colts and the Titans will once more battle for divisional supremacy.
Spoiler alert: The Houston Texans (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/teams/texans), seemingly always a year away, could challenge for the division title. It's been a steady climb for the expansion franchise (two wins in '05, six in '06, eight in '07 and '08) and the pieces are finally in place for a postseason berth. Not only does pass rusher Mario Williams (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/7750) possess defensive player of the year ability, but also the Texans' offense features skill position players among the league's best. Receivers Andre Johnson (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/6339) and Kevin Walter (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/6591) and tight end Owen Daniels (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/7847) are the most underrated pass-catching group in the NFL. Running back Steve Slaton (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/8866) proved he can use a mix of speed and punishment to carry the load. Matt Schaub (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/players/6849) will benefit from gaining another year of experience in Gary Kubiak's offense. If Schaub can cut down on the turnovers, a beautiful season should be in store in Houston.

Man, gotta love that last sentence. It could be "a beautiful season" for Houston. Man oh man Texans, don't let us down this season!

Kinda like ESPN the mag did last year...a Hurricane hit Htown and the team lost its first 4 games....I would call that a jinx.

I don't see how he can say the "most underated pass-catching group in the NFL. Weren't we #3 in total offense in the NFL? I think he should have said "most under-exposed" in the NFL....is under-exposed a word? lol. When you have a guy like Andre on the team, I don't think any of the DBs in the league would call our receiving corp underrated.

Anybody happen to notice the name of the cat that wrote it? His name is quite fitting for SI.

No offense to Texan JBZ, but SI can (as Flo would say) kiss my grits!

Underrated in terms of national attention by media and fans. No one really talks about our receivers as a group, all they talk about is AJ.

Kevin Walter is definitely one of the more underrated, and CLEARLY one of the most "under-exposed" #2 receivers in the league. Owen Daniels.... undoubtedly a top 10, if not top 5 TE. Offense does not get much love nationally.... I don't care. Rather stay under the radar...
