Is asking which NFL team that has never won the superbowl will win it 1st.
Texans are currently at 20% in 3rd ahead of Browns/Lions.

we're getting a lot of love from WV

I voted Texans but they are down to 19%. Saints are the overwhelming consensus at 47%. Given the competition I don't see why not the Texans. If the Saints and Texans made it to the SB next year I'd be no more or less surprised at them that I would be about Houston. OK, they don't have to climb out of the AFC South and then go on the road to a Pittsburgh or a Baltimore like we would, but screw it. I can't have zero hope. :texflag:

It's January and I approve this moment of positive thought while I still have it.

True and it is very odd that WV is giving us so much love, but I like it!

It's because of Steve Slaton!

The Saints? PSHHH. Butter-soft defense.

The Saints? PSHHH. Butter-soft defense.

It all makes sense now.

If this team can do three things next year better than they did this season I could see them as contenders to win it all.

1) Protect the ball
2) Get better up front on defense
3) Stay relatively healthy

I guess you could say there is a lot of Margarine for error when playing us.

Can we have an olive oil defense next year? Its much more healthy for me!

Should help us slip past lineman and improve our pass rush.

I cried when I saw the list of teams who have never appeared and who have never won.

Last time they faced the Texans Reggie didn't seem to do to well against Mario and company. Reggie was (in best Keith Olbermann voice) mmmBushed...

It was on the main page last night, they have took it down now. Im sure you could find it somewhere on past polls or something, not sure how the numbers ended.

It took a minute but it's there. Click the link (http://espn.go.com/), then go to the poll of the day at the bottom/middle of the page. Then click "more polls" in the corner of that poll. Then click "First Take" along the left side of that page. As I type this the poll will be there but I would think it's subject to move again.

Saints 47%
Jags 22%
Texans 19%
Browns 8%

total votes - 60,856

Slaton country still has the Texans back, Texas has the Lions back :lion:

Not any more, apparently we like the Saints now because we as a collective who go to ESPN smoke tire rubber.

OK, so if our D improves dramatically next year will we say:

"I can't believe it's not butter!"

I finally found the poll and voted. It would appear the rest of the nation thinks more of the Saints and Jags than us. No matter, I know better. :)

Or, if our defense is still vanilla next year, hopefully it will be like Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla that has been stuck in a deep freezer for several months. That stuff is as hard as granite.
