Fangio, 50, has been a defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans. He is expected to be named assistant head coach.

As long as his return to the NFL is somewhere not called the Houston Texans .... Its a good thing .... especially if the Texans get to play that team.

Actually, Fangio's been with the Ravens as an assistant for the last three years (Ever since he was fired by the Texans), and since he's not going to be named DC, I doubt this will be the demise of their defense.

Now the upcoming free agency of Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs and Bart Scott - well, that may be another matter altogether.
