Plugged his Vizio nomination www.topvalueperformer.com to vote
Said he's going to take it easy this offseason and won't get back into 'football mode for awhile'
Said he likes the idea of the Texans adding a 2nd back to help carry the load and noted Noel Devine helping him at WVU
When asked if his workload this season has taken any kind of toll on his body he said no but it is nice to rest
He noted Kubiak giving him a break mid-season to get his legs back under him helped a lot
Said he's been watching the playoffs and picked the Steelers to win the Super Bowl

Guess Kubiak is off the hook there with the criticism he took after saying Slaton had dead legs

And then some!
I guess a large part of the decision was down to happiness with his performances, and just wanting that every game, which is natural, but with such a young back playing so many plays, the coach has to look at the bigger picture as well as the current climate, which Kubiak did.
Glad he's getting a good rest, the only running he should be doing is on a beach somewhere sunny at the moment after his year.

But those here at TT know more than him and Kubiak so he is wrong.
