The NFL will announce today that Texans general manager Rick Smith has been added as the eighth member of the NFL’s competition committee, the league’s most powerful and influential committee.

Smith, 39, is replacing Matt Millen, who was fired as Detroit’s president in September.

They need to get rid of instant replay. Its a joke they never reverse any calls so whats the use of even having it.
