Great game by Reesing and the KU offense.

Mizzou had plenty of chances in this one, but their D let them down time after time after...

Last year we played a good game but came up just a little short. We didn't lose until our final drive last year.

This was a great game this year. A nail-biter regardless if you like either team; just a dang good football game.

KU seems to use a "bye" week better than most teams. Our coaching staff seems very capable of preparing a gameplan and this week KU did a very good job of keeping the Mizzou off the field. However, Mizzou didn't give this one away; KU just outplayed them for most of the game. One stellar comeback from a dynamic offense, and we almost lost it at the end.

If Mangino was at a school with a better recruiting base he would be very dangerous.

That guy is a hell of a coach.

Shhh.

We are trying to improve our recruiting base. We have a lot of players from Texas and Oklahoma, but we aren't getting the elite level players from those states. We were a finalist for Crabtree if I remember correctly.
