Rivera to take over as D-Coord.

Bye-Week for them, so makes some sense.

i'd take Cottrell. he is the fall guy for the Chargers poor defensive play this year.

cottrell is a helluva lot better than richard smith.

Trust me, if we moderated content the "________ player or coach is out of a job, but the Texans should look at him" threads would be near or at the top of the list.

Really?????

Cottrell is the fall guy for the Chargers poor defensive play, but Richard Smith would not be if he was fired?

I can't wait to hear you explain away the hypocrisy in that. This ought to really be good.

please dont bring back the 3-4

We do not have the personnel for that. Granted it is not like we are doing awsome running the 4-3 but to change would be crazy.

I was wondering who was gonna be the first person to mention this.

The most important part of this is that a 4-3 guy, Ron Rivera is taking his job.

That's another guy you can cross off the list as a potential Richard Smith replacement.
