I heard he was a gametime decision, but I haven't been able to find anything else.

I'm sure he's playing. I hate gametime decisions though.

no link, but this is what nfl scouting says ...
"According to a report on FOXSports.com, Rams RB Steven Jackson is expected to miss Sunday's game at New England with a thigh injury. The report said Jackson "is 85 percent not to play." If Jackson doesn't play, Antonio Pittman and Travis Minor will share the load against the Patriots.

I couldn't post the link but this is a copy and paste from my CBSsportsline fantasy league:
Rams at Patriots, 1:00pm ET
Inactives Impact Inactives
QB Brock Berlin
DB Tye Hill
DB Todd Johnson
RB Steven Jackson
WR Drew Bennett
DL Adam Carriker
The big news here is clearly the running backs, as Steven Jackson, LaMont Jordan and Sammy Morris are all inactive. Antonio Pittman will start at running back for the Rams, while Kevin Faulk and BenJarvus Green-Ellis will likely split carries for the Patriots. WR Matt Slater
DB Lewis Sanders
RB LaMont Jordan
RB Sammy Morris
LB Eric Alexander
DL Jarvis Green
LB Shawn Crable
