Just read this (and pooped my pants a little):

"Texans defensive end Mario Williams has been limited two says in a row with a shoulder injury."

It's from PFT's rumor mill. Normally they provide a link, but this time they didn't so I'll just post their Rumor Mill link below. That one line regarding Mario is in their "Thursday Injury Report Highlights" segment.

yup. thats the deal. not every injury is season ending or even limiting. sometimes they just need a few days to rest.

I don't care what Mario "says" as long as he PLAYS. I wouldn't read too much into this.

That should probably be a "d"... as in "...Williams has been limited two days in a row..."
which he has

For all I care he can be limited for the next two days also, as long as he's ready come Sunday :)

The Chronicle (Mc Clain) reports (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/fb/texansfront/6073503.html):

Defensive end Mario Williams (shoulder) was limited in practice but will play against the Bengals, who have allowed 26 sacks.

I suppose it is much ado about nothing but when its late and you see something like that when you're already tired - well, it sounded a lot worse at 11:00 last night.

I think it was described as a bruise somewhere. Maybe on the HT website.

The reason I think that is that I thought bruise sounded better than something totally messed up in the joint.
