Moats signed

The Texans signed third-year back Ryan Moats to their practice squad Tuesday. He was originally a third-round pick for the Eagles out of Louisiana Tech in 2005. As a rookie, he rushed for three touchdowns and 278 yards in just seven games. He suffered a season-ending ankle injury in 2007.

The Texans released Derrick Roberson and D.D. Terry from the practice squad.

Could be a real gem later down the road.

Or he could be another injured player.

Hope he does good. I'm dissappointed they released Derrick Roberson (CB?) I thought they were pretty high on him.

Why did they release two guys when they were just signing one? Are they bringing someone else in? Maybe a Brink comeback? Cause God knows we need some insurance after witnessing the epic fail sageocopter.

where are the folks who routinely point out the Denver/Green Bay connection now that we sign an ex-Eagle?

...and I'm the only one ecstatic about this. I can't wait to see him in action.

I think Denver was going to select him and didn't so now Kubes gets his chance

Moats fumbles a lot and has a problem learning the playbook. Was drafted by the Eagles to put pressure of Westbrook to sign a contract and come to camp.
