Charlie Batch broke his right collarbone midway through the second quarter of the Steelersí 16-10 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in the first preseason game for both teams Friday night.

Coach Mike Tomlin said the team hopes to sign a veteran to replace Batch, who could be out four to six weeks....

Rook Dennis Dixon didn't look too bad. Has the athleticism to almost be a Randle El Type of player. Does Pitt wait on Batch and hold their breath or do they go out and address the spot with a vet?
