States that a judge released Henry from his court ordered elec. monitoring so that Henry can visit a team that has offered him a tryout.

Henry is a WR and he is still young and immature. I bet on Dallas taking him and reuniting him and pacman jones two college teammates. Jerry can get him pretty cheap right now.
