Maybe, I wouldn't put it past any of the Networks to misprint anything concerning the Texans.

What use would any team have with a 38 year old RB? If he was born in 70, he's 38 not 34.

His stat sheet says he was born in 1970 but he is only 34 years old....?

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/stats?playerId=7518

And his only stats are from 93 with Dallas.

Even more confusing is it says he was with the Texans in 07.

Uhhhh.....(that's all I got)

*OK - I got something.... I know Gary is about proving he can put anyone in the backfield but a 38 y/o? At least he has fresh legs and hasn't taken a pounding.*

Shaun Alexander went to Alabama...

As did Shaud Williams. They are the only 2 active Tide RBs in the NFL.

Or maybe it's Derreck Pope the Miami, LB.

I refuse to beleive it is a 38 year old RB.

Well that chart at least let me keep up on the quick running news that shows DeS. Foster going to the 49ers.

ESPN even shows that he is an RFA; so what did we give up for the 38 year old wonder?

Maybe it's supposed to be Maurice Hicks, who was a 9er last year?

Why would anyone believe anything on ESPN? Check NFL.com for more reliable list

He is a practioner of Ninja and when he gets the ball he becomes invisible and score every time. Did not play last year as he ran out of Ninja juice. Should be
fresh this season. I'm pretty pumped about this guy. (snicker)

It's got to be Hicks.

The size and years expeirence match up, as does the 49er tie-in that Specnatz reported on.

I like your version better. Surely, positively, no-freakin'-way that it's THAT Derrick Lassic.

What's the story on Maurice Hicks?

EDIT: Nevermind. He's got his own self-promoting website. Not as metro as Demps but anyhoo...

For 38 year olds it should not only be legal. It should be mandatory.
