no link- just heard it.. nice moves if they work out

i loled at a saints fan i know saying shockey will open things up for YKW.. sounds like the ole 'if DC had a good ol/wr/te' comments

Indeed.

I heard Mort spouting both at around 1830 on ESPN Radio. He said the the Saints play for Vilma shouldn't be ignored and that they (NO) had made a trade offer to NYG for Shockey even though the Giants were on the record saying he wasn't available.

Me - I'd jettison Shockey and fast!

Yea they need a ton of help all over the D, especially at corner, but they were really weak at LB too. Hopefully Vilma can stay healthy and revitalize his career there.

I heard that last last on the radio. I'm not exactly sure that's good for the Giants, great for the Saints if it happens.
