12-16-2007, 06:39 PM
If they make it, Vikings.

If not then probably the Packers... I also wouldn't mind seeing Peyton get another ring, anyone but Tom Terrific. Not going to cheer for them, though.

So with the Browns win, we were knocked out? Is that 100%?

mexican_texan

Browns, Giants, Packers, Vikings, and then AFC all the way. Except for the Pats.

yes, they own the tie breaker so even if they lose two and we win two they still win.

Mistake by the lake redux.

normally i'd root for the browns, packers, & steelers, but i'm hoping the pats win it all just to shut up the whiney dolphins old timers.

I've got to go with the Packers. I would like to see Brett get another ring with the way he's played this year.

no jags on your list

i will be rooting for the vikings, GB/browns(tie), pitts, jags...in that order

although the jags are a division rival they have been fun to watch (minus playing us)

Hey!! Why didn't the Cowboys make the poll? Guess I'll have to write them in.:tomato:

And it was a pleasure meeting you Thursday, GHF. Always nice to put a face to a name here.

In the AFC I'll probably be rooting for the Jags and the Pats.

In the NFC I'll probably be rooting for the Seahawks and the Bucs.

NFC:
Bucs.... Their fans were really cool and probably the best opposing fans that I have chatted with..

AFC:
Pats... Can't stand them really, but if they can go perfect and shut those '72 Phins up, I'll be happy.

Right on baby. ABC...ANYONE but the Cowboys! Seriously. If the Cowgirls go to the big dance I want the Patriots to win and win by the biggest margin in superbowl HISTORY, If the girls are eliminated in the first round I'd like to see the Steelers get Lombardi #6. But in all fairness, it would be nice to see if Bret Fávre can get another one before he quits.

Hey, aside from the Texans I cheer for the Steelers (when they aren't playing the Texans) and I felt bad hoping that they'd give NE a game a few weeks back but still wanting NE to win. I want to wipe that smug grin from Shula's face, and I'm getting sick of Mercury Morris too!

I want to see the perfect 19-0 season. In this day and age of 'parity', salary caps, and free agency, the "experts" told us that the age of dynasties are long gone. I like the fact that the Patriots are proving them wrong, and a fourth championship (with a perfect season) would seal the deal. FO and coaching are as important as ever in building a solid team.

I guess the Giants because my best friend is a Giants fan, but I expect them to lose to the Bucs or Seahawks.

Colts and Jags will be the teams I root for and the Titans if they make it too.

The reason for that is you have to do what is best for the Texans surely, and the best thing for the Texans is for the other AFC South teams to go as deep as possible in the playoffs hence ruining their draft position....

Yeah, but it doesn't take much to prove "experts" wrong any more. In fact, it's more of a challenge to prove them right.

I'm going for the Browns but only because if they are in, the ICOU are out. Other than that, I wouldn't mind a Packers/Jags Super Bowl.
