I like a player who titivates his interviews with less common words.

"Everyone has some weird quirks going on with their bodies," Winston said. "It's not just contained to football players, too. Everyday people are walking around that don't have everything right. We're a little microcosm of society, I would think, in a sense that we're just like everyone else. We've got problems, too. We're not Superman.

I've heard he's a pretty sharp guy who takes an interest in current events of
a political and economic nature. And FWIW, I've also heard he doesn't appreciate the "Caveman" references.

Well... he had a slight grammatical error in that.

We're not Superman.

I'd say "We're not Supermen" here but English isn't my first language so I'll have to hope Runner sees and confirm/deny this.

Well if he's referring to the figure of Superman than it could be correct. And FWIW he didn't write this on his own, so it would be the author's mistake.

His people DID invent the wheel AND discovered fire.

And he saved a heckuva' lot on insurance.

Not if that's what the author heard.

I still don't think it's correct but if it is then it is.

I would say Superman is correct.
