This is from Wikipedia we are 26-58 or 32 games below .500, even with winning seasons this year and next we will be until 2010 (UNLESS we go 16-0 back to back) to be above .500. BUT on the other hand at 9-12 Kubiak with a good season this year, He can be 1st Texans Head Coach with a winning record (in 2007):splits: :fans:

Not a big deal. Very few sports franchises are over .500 for their existence. At the beginning of the baseball season, the stros were a handful of games of going .500, but of course are further away now. Not something to really worry about.

i could careless as to our overall record, all that matters is this year and the future. All the great changes we have made nulify the past seasons

I agree that this sort of stat is not relevant.

Its really hard for an expansion franchise to find its feet.

No one really cares about franchise records, except for the big one, Superbowl's won.

If we can get one of those by 2010, who cares what our overall record is.

If we could go about 19 or 20 and 0, I wouldn't give a flip what our franchise record were.
