Thanks for this news. I have been praying for him and Bennett. When I saw the contact involving Killings I said OhOh.

Go Cedric! You're the man!

I'm elated to hear this news. I love it!

The team is going to be P-U-M-P-E-D this Sunday.

Truly awesome news. Yesterday I learned a co-worker is cancer free after many chemo treatments, and now this. I can't take much more good news. :doot: :splits:

I hope he travels with the team. Would be some great inspiration seeing him on the sideline.

I don't think he will travel with the team, but I understand he is making a surprise visit to the training facility after practice.

So he will see them before they leave.

I'd rather he stay at home and recover. I want him to return to full strength. I don't expect him to play football again but I'd much rather he recover as a human being. He may have walked out but he still has a broken neck anyway you look at it.

Agreed. I'll be surprised if he isn't wearing a whistle the next time we see him on the FB feild. To work that hard and not having elite tallent...and making it, it's a hard knock for sure. Hard not to pull for the effort guys like Cederic.

Killings made a surprise visit, when he walked into practice earlier today.
Kubiak named him an honorary capt. (at least vs ATL, as far as I know), and
reportedly, Kubiak said the team was gonna go out and get a "W" for Killings this week.

Also, the video is now up at houstontexans.com. It's a really nice video with coverage at the hospital and at the team training facility.

Very good news. 10-15 years ago I don't think this would have happened. Heres to a complete recovery CK.
