What is the rule with compensatory picks? Figured it would be good to know with the FA period in full swing...anyone know?

Compensatory free agents are determined by a formula based on salary, playing time and postseason honors. The formula was developed by the NFL Management Council. Not every free agent lost or signed by a club is covered by this formula.

Once Faggins came back our defense got better. I know he was toasted twice against Buffalo but he also was a reason for a lot of TOs. Lewis Sanders started out okay but just was bad. We need depth at CB too even after we draft one.

If Lewis Sanders could catch, he'd have led the Texans with 7 INTs..
I kinda would have liked him to stick around though.... play FS for us. ya know??
