Rick Smith just said "The jury's still out", reading between the lines, he's gone. Apparently his knee was swelling a couple weeks ago, so they sent him to a specialist in Atlanta, who recommended surgery.

No link, from the press conference.

Well that explains the A. Green signing besides that fact that he's a solid veteran RB.

I'm sorry to hear that...I wish the best of luck to domanick.

But he had to go...even if he didn't need surgery i still think he would have been released....his salary is just way to much and with they way smith is 'working' our cap space for next year..

good luck dom...get better.

so does that mean we will have a little more room to add to the cap?

The rumors I've been hearing are he'll be a June (July?) 1st casuality, and we'll take the hit over several years. No idea how that affects this year's cap room.

I kind of figured he was gone anyway. Whatever leverage he had when Kubes & Denver were going to select him before we did, it's gone now.

Lets go Ricky, Lets go! *clap, clap*
