This is the best game today. I got the Chargers in this one.

TheCD

I'm really looking forward to this one as well, and I hope the Chargers wear those powder blues! But I am expecting a very defensively game, like Indy and Baltimore yeseterday.

I got the Chargers too...but I wouldn't mind if the Patriots proved me wrong.

I will puke if the Saints are in the Super Bowl (it will just prove how worthlessly pathetic the NFC is), but I predict the Chargers will represent the AFC, nonetheless. I love the Pats but I don't think they can contain LT in his own casa.

The Dream
01-14-2007, 01:56 PM
I want to hate the Patriots, but for some reason I just can't....I mean I hate that they always find someway to win, but they have class guys on that team that play their butts off, so it's hard to have that "hatred" for them.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Colts, but Manning will have to actually play like Regular Season Manning next week if they want in....they've been fortunate to win 2 games thus far.

too much

Michael Turner, RFA, San Diego Chargers
Turner takes a beating and keeps going. Turner isn’t well known to the general public, but the kid has talent. He gets a handful of carries behind Ladainian Tomlinson and has maximized those carries, averaging six yards per carry in his short career. If Turner continues to have success in his current role, it won’t be long before teams start thinking about making an offer come free agency. With his expanded role in San Diego this season, it shouldn’t surprise anyone to see Turner sign elsewhere, but the Chargers may look to keep their dangerous rushing combo together.

I'm so peeved. Up by 8 and they get a turnover on 4th down only to fumble it back. It is so NE. Greasy. I also want to know why you have the biggest weapon in the NFL on your team and you go away from him on 2nd and 5 and 3rd and 5. Typical Marty led team. One extreme or another. McCree didn't lose this game....no pick and the ball is still in about the same place. Marty blowing his last time out with the challenge was pure martyball though.

I agree but it was 4th down so I'd rather him not pick the ball at all and just take over on downs. That play killed them. They gave them extra plays with penalties and gave them the ball on two easily preventable turnovers...you learn in high school to just fall on a muff(Parker) and McCree should of gone down. Overall it came down to the end though. 2nd and 5 and they run two plays where the MVP doesn't touch the ball. Marty is a moron.

Nah man it looked like he was disgusted and was going to the locker room w/o shaking hands and stuff but the Pats ran up to him and pulled him back and wanted him to congradulate them on their win.
