Yea right. Reggie Bush and the Saints advance, make it to the Superbowl. That will go over like a lead ballon in Houston.

Go Eagles :redtowel: Please win!!!!

I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't hate a team because of one player, but after "Reggie Bush is God" and "The Texans will regret passing on what will be the next great thing", I just can't root for him and his team to succeed. It's not because of Reggie Bush the person, it's just how the media has constantly knocked down our team because we didn't take him. So I want him to do bad to shove it in the media's face. If the Saints go and win the Super Bowl, it will be because of Reggie (or atleast that's what the media will say).

I think it will. The media will turn it into Reggie Bush, Sean Payton, and Drew Brees got them there. In the highlights before the game on Fox they're already saying that Brian Dawkins vs. Reggie Bush is a matchup to watch and showed a couple of highlights of him scoring.

Of course as people stated in the Indy game thread he is an over-glorified WR(rolling eyes). The guy is a difference maker, I don't care where he runs. The Saints should be out bluepront. New QB, revamped team, team speed and a new attitude.

Thank God McNair has his five year plan. Baby steps, of course. Who cares that the Saints were basically the same as the texans last year? We have character players! Nevermind that the Saints have a new head coach, a new Qb, a bunch of rookies at skill postions. We have class guys! Next year, we might even get to .500!

I think I just threw up in my mouth.

ah - true edo - check it. HF was referring to post #130, I think you misunderstood him taggin you on the block in the back.

But anyway - what a slobbknocker of a hit early in the game on Bush. A well played game overall - started a bit slow and gathered some speed. A quite satisfying game, especially in relation to the fieldgoal-a-thon we had to watch earlier.

Everyone was so into the hype on Bush, they forgot about Deuce. And never play a game with John Carney in FG range.

Peyton is waiting for his next foe.

It's all about FAITH.

Billy Miller sighting. 15 yd catch

YEAH!!!! Man I thought I was seeing things there for a second when Miller took the field. He ended up leading the Saints in receiving yards!

5 yards away from scoring and tieing it up in the third.

WOOT!

You should wait before saying who will be better on this. Deuce has had 2 potential career ending injuries, yet he's still running the team. Maybe Reggie will fill his cleats a few years from now. But, Deuce is the running team for the Saints and will be for a bit longer. If you don't know Deuce, you don't know. As the Saints Mod for the now dead Black&Gold Nation, I can tell you Deuce is the man for a couple of years more before Reggie tries to usurp him.

It's all about Deuce.

GEAUX SAINTS

I've seen Deuce plenty of times, Your not the only one who watches the Saints. I've seen plenty of his games. And he's a very good back, but he is not a great back. He is not in LT's or Alexanders level. And him and reggie are completly different backs. Deuce will get you those 4 hard earned yards. And reggie can break that 40 yard run. And also, deuce and reggie will be both the saints men for the next couple of years. They are both gonna get alot of touches.

Indulge me in the following hypothetical:

The Eagles win the Super Bowl, Garcia dominates in the game.

What would happen to McNabb? Could you really sit a Super Bowl winning QB? Could you really sit McNabb?

It will be the same old Donovan Mcnabb show again next season. It is getting old.

Deuce is a great back and does have the potential to break that 40 yard run in addition to dragging a pile 5 or 6 yards. I remember a few years ago he had a stretch of 9 games in a row where he had 100+ yards rushing. That is not an easy accomplishment for any back.

Whoever gave me neg rep without leaving their name. Thanks. Your a real sport. Just because I disagree with someone and state that a certain player is not as good as another doesn't make me a jerk. Insulting someone or putting them down would make me a jerk.

Deuce will probably retire with the Saints.

You seem to know alot more of the Saints than you do the Texans....are you a mod at any of the other Saints boards, or do they do not have any any longer? Would think they would with the way thier team is going this season...

Well you all forgot about ol scumbag Benson and what he has up his sleeve.

Who is to say he won't get rid of Deuce after the season or hell try to sell move the Saints while they are hot.

Useless old fart would someone at the Saints game please try to nail him with a beer bottle when he starts his dancing. Makes me want to puke..

As for Deuce people seem to forget this is the back that sent Ricky packing wedding dress and all. So he is plenty good and has always been except for some bad injuries.
