View Full Version : Tiki Leaves NY In His Dust

Tiki Barber ran for 234 yards on just 23 carries tonight in the Giants win over the Redskins. What a way to end his regular season career. I believe the 234 yards is a team record, to boot.

I was glad to "see" that because of all the BS Michael Irvin gave him about his retirement announcement. Saying how he's no leader to the team anymore, and that it's "all about him now and not the team"...etc. Michael should know.

Just a great way for a class act to go out. Nice job, Tiki.

That is good to go out on a high note. Was Tiki emotional after the game?

No, Tiki was smug.

Time Warner is so badly. I wish I had NFL Network. When does Comcast come to town?

The Giants looked like they were about to collapse again. They were up 27-7 but let the Skins back in it in the 4th. There was one key 3rd and 9 with about 6:00 left where the Giants called a running play that failed, and Eli was noticeably upset with the play call from none other than Kevin Gilbride who was calling the plays on the sideline for the Giants.

But for every score the Redskins put up, Tiki had an answer. Amazing show. Unfortunately, I was playing against him in my FFL championship game.

Jeff Posey playing outside backer for the Skins btw.

I didn't see the game. I'm stuck with Grande. I was on NFL.com. As you can see, I'm a party machine on Saturday night..lol.
