3 weeks ago I started a poll asking to start Van Pelt. I was rejected 86%to 14%. I ask again. How about someone any one else? Who's with me again.

I've never been a Carr basher. I've always wanted him to succeed. At this point they need to give someone else a shot, even if all we have is Van Pelt, just to give the other offensive guys a fair evaluation.

I'm to bummed to even argue with Carr groupies . I think when Carr spit the bit and was picked off twice ... the team did a here we go again thing .

It really concerns me that my hometeam is going to stay the course . We cannot win ... ever with Carr as QB ... he quit today ... he @@$#$ gave up .

Carr unfortunatly is the best we have. Only two mare games, I say let him sink the team so we can have a better pick in the draft. Let's just hope we make a good pick this time.

I beleive he is hoping for Carr to receive a career ending injury before the end of the season. I know I am.

carpal tunnel syndrome comes to mind after reading that.

seriously, i wouldn't wish injury on any player.

Thats crap! I can't believe that your hoping for anyone, let alone a Texans player, have a career ending injury. People like YOU make me sick. God forbid you get hurt at your job. Karma is a Bit**!!!! Loser

Yes, but that kills any potential trade value. I was hoping for a fourth rounder, but now that is looking doubtful.

Is the question who WILL or who SHOULD start Sunday? I think Carr WILL start, but Porter SHOULD start.

Well im one of the biggest carr haters around or at least that's what im known for but i don't consider myself a hater if asking for more than mediocre play from a QB makes me a hater well so be it:stirpot: but guess what i selected carr to start i just want him to keep showing how much of a pathetic QB he is. and if he sits for a couple of weeks bob mcnair might rekindle that man love he has for carr looking all GQ on the sideline hell he might even give him meaning carr another extension just on his looks were at the point of no return lets just let david continue to stink up the place i love it. i honestly think kubiak refused to pull him from today's game just so mister mcnair can he how sad of a QB david is. :stirpot:

I voted other ( I want to see porter get a shot), but i think that if Sage was healthy Kubes would've played him today.

Well this is my first post and I saw very few minutes of today's game and feel that Carr can be good and can get the job done BUT feel his time in Houston is WAY done. I have to totally agree with you Napa let him show Kube how pathetic he really is so McNair will give Kube the reigns next time on getting talent like "Vince." If he was as good as he should be then why do you miss your receivers OVER and OVER again. Part of pro is hitting the numbers. There is talent on the bench it has been proven they do much better than Carr could think of and yet we still start him and loose games. Or wait we traded that one.......Makes complete sense to me. :stirpot: I say cook him and let him cry GQ style on the bench for a week or two!!

He is only going to be worth a 4th rounder at best no matter how well he plays next 2 games.

People voted for Carr because like it or not, he's the best we have for the next two games..... Van Pelt isn't ready, nor is he the future.. Porter was just signed off the practice squad like 3 or 4 weeks ago. Lets be realistic.

All I can say is "grin and bear it".. its almost over...

I think once Van Pelt gets a couple games under his belt... he could be a real Baller. Ive seen him play in the past and he is a damn competitor... may not play the picture perfect QB... but he will do everything to win the game.
