I just saw that the titans will be 40 million under the cap next season...and they have 11 picks in the upcoming draft. Man this sucks

It's not like we aren't improving. We could easily be 6-7 or 7-6 at this point. It sucks losing so much, but I truely see improvement from the Texans. I think the Texans and Titans will be evenly matched for years to come. Should be a good rivalry.

And the Titans could easily be 10-3.

Evenly matched? Are you kidding? The Titans will own the Texans for the next.. How long did they just sign Carr for?

Kerry Collins screwed over our season.

If we had ONE more win we would be in the thick of the playoff hunt. JUST ONE MORRRRRE.

Damn those two One-loss games and Kerry Collins!

Yep. Titans fans should be very optimistic for next year.

I wonder what form "The Curse" will take to rip your hearts out in the end. :hmmm:

Believe I read here or some other board that the Titans still must resign a lot of their players on roster right now.

Take heart, the NFL wants parity. The Titans won't have that great of an edge.

All is not lost!

Michael Smith, of ESPN.com, reports Tennessee Titans rookie QB Vince Young agreed to a five-year deal, with an option for a sixth, with $25.7 million guaranteed and an overall value that could reach $58 million with option and roster bonuses and salary. The contract includes a $12.3 million option bonus due next March, a $2.365 roster bonus due this year and six years of guaranteed salary totaling $11.075 million, for guaranteed money totaling $25.74 million. There's a one-time bonus of $4.1 million Young can collect should he play in 35 percent of the Titans' snaps this year or 45 percent in any other year. "It was a great deal for us," said Major Adams, the quarterback's agent.
