Can't beat those Aggies every year, either.

Nope.

Just every 7 times out of 10.

Nah.... I'm not going to let you have bragging rights. The Aggies won this year, and that's all that matters. Texas A&M is well on its way to winning the Lone Star Showdown as well. We will see.

Back on topic.... have fun with Iowa. The longhorns will destroy them most likely.

What bragging rights? I'm more than willing to accept a loss and acknowledge the better team. If you look at their overall records (wins and losses), A&M had the better season.

I'm hoping they continue the trend of the Big12 representative blasting the PAC-10 lamb (no Aggie sheep jokes needed) in the Holiday.

I don't see that (Texas destroying Iowa) happening. They tend to get into a funk when they head to a bowl less than what they expected (see Holiday Bowl against Washington State a few years back). And with a mending Colt as the only option at QB (Snead is transferring before the bowl game), who knows what could happen.

I'll be there though. San Antonio is too cool to pass up this time of year.

What is the story on his injury. Seriously.... what is his status? I haven't heard much.

the horns need to start Sherrod Harris, hes the next UT QB after Colt it done, but if Colt is 100% then use him, but if hes not, we all saw what happened against A&M

Harris is redshirted. It would be a waste of a redshirt if he played now.

Should be a decent matchup, but UT should win this soundly. Should be cool seeing them play again as I go to the Alamo Bowl every year.

UT against the ninth-place Big Ten team, Iowa. I'm bored already. It's not that I think UT deserves a better bowl game. Oklahoma gets to play Boise State. Whoopee. The Big XII got ripped this year, just in terms of playing crappy bowl games.

Pinched nerve. They've said he should be ready to go. They said the same thing before the A&M game.

That'd be a gianormous mistake. You don't burn a redshirt on the final game of the season. They'd be better off having Quan Cosby taking snaps than blowing a year of eligibility for Harris.

I am always happy for Rice when their offensive coordinator is one of my favorite UT quarterbacks, Major Applewhite.

Not really, actually. Big XII has always had big stakes in the NCAA, at least since its inception. No conspiracy theories here...
