No need to eat crow Huge. I personally wanted Francis gone after this game, but hey, we're stuck with him for another year now it seems. You guys need to make some bumper stickers like we did when you guys had Fred Akers..."KEEP FRANCIS!" :)

wouldn't surprise me to see OSU pull that game out. they've done it before. OU better not be looking ahead.

i'm waiting to hear from all the ut fans that were dogging louisville.
that's 2 unranked teams that have beaten the "mighty ut".

yeah i had to deal with some whorn fans after UF barely beat SC. "they don't belong in the championship! hook em horns!" then they promptly lost to k-state. and now A&M. ahhhh that's a good feeling.

Well the fact is they got beat today. A&M used the Texas defensive speed against the horns. All those fakes and runs killed the horns. When you typically give up 40 yards rushing per game and you give up over 1XX in the first half that is not a good stat.

It should be obvious to anyone that was watching it that COlt's shoulder was nowhere near recovered. That being said, A&M was the better team on this day and they desearved to win the game.

Unless OSU pulls of a major upset: Cotton Bowl, Gator Bowl, Holiday Bowl. One of those.

maybe if mack brown fires off a few more emails, texas can win the Big XII on a technicality.

Colt had some neck and shoulder pain. My contact says it probably is a stinger.

Nice to see Texas out of the National Championship race, and hopefully out of the Big 12 race as weel. Way to go Aggies.

They bring in the new twenty two. Find two gaurds and begin another ten win season run. Five out of six years ain't bad.

Don't be a hater Kastofsna. That was a prety bad call on the Sweed P.I. in the end zone. Give the Aggies some credit the wrecking crew came out of hiding today.

We were 6 points away from being an undefeated team. I'll take it! I cannot wait until next year.... I'm so friggin excited!

I've got my game face on for the OU-OSU game. You know who I am rooting for.

Looks like maybe a fifth of the people who talked smack have come back to eat some crow. Even the fifth that came back had something delightfully witty to say.

Keep it up, horns!

I know that it is a strange circumstance, but the answer is yes. Personally I would root for OU anyways, just by preference. The Aggies did their part to seal the deal, now OU better step up and finish the job.

What would be better:

1. Having Oklahoma play Nebraska for the Big12 Championship.

2. Having Texas play and lose to Nebraska for the Big12 Championship.

'Cause if OSU does find a way to beat the Sooners today, does anybody really like Texas' chances of beating Corn right now?

To be honest, I don't want to see Texas play again this season. Colt McCoy won't be healthy and I don't want Jevan Snead leading the offense.

Oh, and I'm rooting for OSU. NO WAY I'm rooting for OU.

lol, are you serious? You don't want your team to have a shot at the Big XII championship because you are afraid your team will lose? That's pretty weak and shows you aren't really a true fan. That's like saying you don't want the Texans to go to the playoffs because you think they'll be blown out in the 1st round, or that you would rather watch your favorite NCAA hoops team go to the NIT than the NCAA tournament because they would go deeper into that tournament.

46 Texas kids on OU's roster and 53 on OSU's roster. It's like rooting for Texas (the state) anyway.
