View Full Version : Carrs value per play

middle of the pack in the league
The simple version: DPAR means a quarterback with more total value. DVOA means a quarterback with more value per play.
Passes and Yards include sacks and aborted snaps. Both count against a quarterback's value.
Fumbles count the same whether lost to the defense or retained by the offense.

pick away.. not sure how accurate yahoo is, but it lists every down, every stat that I can think off
how Davis plays when winning, losing,tied..
shows when we are ahead our playcalling gets conservative..

Wolf, Carr may be "middle of the pack" (Is there supposed to be a pun in there somewhere?) in these statistics, but it's the highest DPAR and DVOA ranking he's ever had. And, if he plays well these last 6 games, he could move up into the top 10 maybe. I guess my point is that Kubiak must be doing something right with Carr and maybe there is some hope for Carr and the team to turn this thing around. I still believe we will get at least 6 wins this year, but we are probably at least 2 years away from making a playoff run. We have way too many holes to fill. Like "they" say, "Rome wasn't built in a Day!" JMHO!
i agree, and that is why I posted the 2nd one.. let everyone "fire away"
