Enough Cowboy fans complained this week that the "girls" wouldn't be shown down here and now KRIV has complied to show a conflicting time game with the Cowboys and Redskins showing the same time as the Texans and Giants.
Per the Houston Chronicle.

KRIV (Channel 26) said Tuesday it will air the noon Sunday game between the Cowboys and Redskins, even though the game will compete for viewers against the Texans' game against the host Giants on KHOU (Channel 11).
Stan Wasilik, vice president of programming for KRIV and KTXH (Channel 20), said the Fox-owned station was granted permission to air the Dallas-Washington game rather than the 3:15 p.m. game between the Vikings and 49ers.
"The NFL wants us to avoid scheduling conflicts (with the home market team), but this is the one case where they will make an exception, and they have done so," Wasilik said.
Wasilik said the station received several hundred calls from viewers asking it to pick up the Cowboys game.
Channel 26 generally carries Cowboys games when they don't air at the same time as a Texans home game. Under NFL rules, the home team receives market exclusivity in any broadcast window when it plays at home.
In this case, when Fox has only one game while CBS has a doubleheader, Fox network programmers assigned the late game to Channel 26 because they thought it would garner better ratings than a game airing opposite the Texans-Giants game on Channel 11. The Cowboys, however, have averaged a 12.4 Nielsen rating for six games this season.

The Giants (Cowboys rival) are the only reason all of Texas is getting the Texans game. As a matter of fact, every Giants game except one has aired in Austin this season. I feel like I live in NY again. :)
