We also need to develop the young talent we have rather than throw them on the scrap heap every year. Even at right tackle Winston looks every bit as bad today as Wand's worst day in 2004. Should we label him a bust and scrap him?

Draft a couple more and stick with the youngsters. Don't rely on Wiegert, Flanagan, and Salaam types any more - that just slows team o-line development and they aren't very good either.

Seems like we can see why these teams have the records they do. Neither O-line is very good (oaklands better than ours) and the QB play is poor. Defenses are so-so and the special teams pretty bad. (other than the Mathis run)
