Lewis Sanders looks like he will take the #2 CB position, he looked pretty good last night.

Right now, I could understand if Kubiak did start Sanders....... but I'd prefer Buchannon.

That has to be the first time that statement has ever been typed.

One of the best things about sanders is he is a big corner. Going up against dre and eric in practice is gonna make him even better.

This makes me very nervous:

Lewis Sanders couldn’t cover his own feet if you gave him a blanket

Sanders looked better vs. the Broncos than McCleon vs. the Rams.

I'm sorry. My brain lacks the computing power necessary to decipher that sequence of words.

He played very well against StL...... better than Dunta has played this pre-season.

i thought that dunta played well last night

Javon walker made that catch against him but d-rob had good coverage, with his hands up in walkers face, but that was just a nice catch by walker

Has D-rob had any interference penalties? Has D-rob given up a TD due to interference penalties?:stirpot:

I would like for them to release Greenwood, but I'd prefer Buchanon.

I'd prefer Buchanon returning punts and being a nickel

This makes me very nervous:

Ok, yes I said that "Lewis Sanders couldn't cover his feet if you gave him a blanket" but I should amend that to say that he got a lot better as the game went on.

I'd give him another look. I think you eventually "make" players on the field because there's only so much you can do outside of a live game. Maybe Sanders is just in need of some experience to become the player he's capable of being.

P-Buc is very athletic. If he could play more physical, he would be very good.

By the way, it sounded like D-Rob got picked on last night.

I read that from you last night, and I thought I must have been watching a different game, because I thought he played very well, and probably secured CB#2.

No way man your tripping. How about who do you think will be cut? Threads, I'm sure that statement made it on there. Or Who won't make the team threads?

I agree Sanders looked pretty good last night.. like 2 or 3 PDef and he seemed to be blanket the reciever pretty well. I'm some what of fan of Buchannon and would like him to prosper in this battle but i want what's best for the team and if Sanders is the guy then go Sanders.

I like sanders, and IMO, he has had the best performance out of all the DB's including D-Rob....He easily starts over Buchannon...and thats fine with me...let Buchannon be fresh for punts and kick returns...and nickel...

I heard he was named the #2 CB starting opposite Dunta via ESPN insider
