id want them to do rd 3, but somebody would probably pony up a 2.

I figured a 3rd rounder, yet clicked 2nd rounder

If we want him, it will probably cost us a 2nd. However, if he has a great work-out and his coaches say he's a great player who has made some poor choices, but sees the light... Who knows maybe someone decides a late 1st is worth the risk.
Personally, I'd prefer a 3rd to risk, especially with the reports he might play DE. If he's a MLB, at 260 w/ reported 4.5 speed and he's given up weed, then a 2nd is a steal.

The Texans won't take him, I doubt they offer anything better than a 4th if they offer anything at all, and someone will likely offer a 3rd or maybe a 2nd for him. I don't see anyone giving up a 1st rounder for him with his past problems.

Id offer em a 3rd but pretty sure someone would offer him a second and maybe a first if he blows away the head coaches

I'd have to agree with Morknolle, doubt that Brooks is a Kube kinda guy, also I seem to remember he has some health concerns as well as character issues.

Ditto, if he falls through the third round I've got no problems rolling the dice on the guy.

I say four...he is not a high-character player like we picked up in this years draft. Doesn't seem to fit the coaches values. which is fine.
