Although the subject may have been brought up before, here's a good article on the man within the player picked first...

The chronicle is finally getting it. McClain and Justice just have no idea what they are missing. Their loss is our gain. He has so much to work for and he wants to work for it. He has humility and he is coachable. Kubiak and everyone else made a great call on this and I think a lot of people are beginning to realize it nationally. You are starting to see more and more commentary on Williams and its all very positive. ESPN is really beginning to take notice.

Watch the TV schedules start changing when the Texans get going. There is going to be a clamor like you haven't heard before. Folks, just sit back and enjoy the ride. Its going to be a long one................

I was surprised that the newspaper that provides the most written news to the good people of Houston and surrounds took so long to publish that information.

The draft was weeks ago. People were/are mad at the choice. The Chronicle defines the sports talk in the city. And it takes this long to publish something that basically is the same info that was in a USA Today article weeks ago?

It makes me scratch my head though it is not itchy.

To be fair....

McClain wrote a complimentary article about Mario shortly after the draft.

Justice hasn't written much in the paper about it since throwing the "stupid" bomb, though has fudged some in his blog.

Awesome. Great article. I read this before about Mario offering to take care of his sister. Thats a true class guy w/some values.

My favorite part...

"(Tuesday), he threw a tackle right to the ground, easy," Texans cornerback Dunta Robinson said. "When you look at him, you think, man, this guy is huge." :boxing:
