From the Houston Chronicle in guess whos? John Mcclains article, Norm Chow speaking.

at the bottom http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/mcclain/3861690.html

"I purposely didn't want to overload him, but I found myself overloading him," Chow said about the rookie orientation. "We're going to send him home with tapes of things we've done, and, hopefully, he can learn from that. He does have a playbook, but I keep telling him not to look too far ahead. Don't look at page 10 when you have to understand page 2. It's all part of the learning process."

I was wondering when someone would put this up.

"Norm Chow throws out his famous 300-play playbook and installs the new Vince Young offense. In the new offense, "Spread 26 motion shallow Y-curl X-dig blast" is replaced by "Pass right."

be honest....who would you rather have on your team? Vince, or Joey Harrington? Oh wait, you dont have a choice...you HAVE Harrington, and you gave up a draft pick for him, making you the SECOND team to make that particular mistake. Leave Vince alone...at least until he gets into TRAINING CAMP

If he can win the NCAA Championship with that playbook, he is GOD! :headbang:

Josh Heupel won a championship...he is by no means "God"

I thought his playbook was only one play: Everyone vibrates that way, and then they can fall down. Vince spins around in a circle.

not really, looks like a bread and butter Vince Young play. WR's cut weakside, he boots to the strong for the option sweep.

Just needs to modify it for the shotgun... and add a few players. BUT if you cannot count past six, then I guess it really doesn't matter all that much.

they play different positions, what's the comparison?

Vince Young is a quarterback...as is Joey Harrington. Your asinine wide-reciever tangent that you love to sprint down makes no sense, and nobody has said ANYTHING about tennessee making him a wideout.

yes, but they also thought it was a good idea to draft him, so they clearly aren't too bright.

and harrington is a better QB. although he's not even that good.
