Despite the public bickering, it looks like people think MW was the right pick.

But then if you look at this one, they gave us an F

Crazy sportsnation!

Gotta love the media-driven, hype-believing, draft-analysis-watching, fair-weather, don't-know-anything-about-anyones-team-other-than-your-own type fans

PS: I'm not saying I'm not one of those, as most of my draft knowledge is based on sports shows.

Ugh, why do you post if you aren't going to say anything constructive? If you don't care, why did you waste your time saying this? Just move on and keep your comments.

The reason I posted this was because I thought it was a fun poll. Its a good way to get your opinion out there into "sportsnation" and its also a good way to represent the Texans 1st pick. If you liked it, vote that way and let everyone see! Also, its fun to see what the general ESPN.com goer thought of things. I found it funny that they praised the pick by saying we wouldn't regret it at all, but then gave our draft an F!

As Texans fans we generally look around the NFL and media for mentions of our team/FO/schedule/etc because its fun to have national recognition. This was a bit of national recognition, interactive mind you, that I thought people might be interested in participating in/commenting about. No need to be critical about it

Such juxtaposition is quite ambiguous indeed...

An interesting observation that I made was that the only teams who graded at an "A" were the teams who selected the players that ESPN overhyped...It is not shocking that we received an "F" since we passed on "football Jesus"...

Its also funny that the Texans had nearly 56,000 voters, while teams like the 49ers had 25,000. People really wanted to chime in on what they thought about Reg-gie

Gtexan...... I'd like to know how you voted........ I remember a few days ago, you were rather upset with the Texans, I'd like to know what changed your mind, if in fact you did change your mind.

What I find interesting, is that 70 some percent said Mario was the right pick, I think 70 something again said Mario will have the better career. But 21.5% of the people said Mario is most likely to bust out of the list given, & only 6% said Reggie was most likely to bust from the given list. I don't know how that works......

Because they belei ve either way Reggie will do good but also beleive Mario could possibly have a better carreer but also has a better chance to do horrible...
