Yeah, true Wong....Wade....Weigert....Greenwood . Pitts and Domanick Davis ...only ones worthy of their contracts. AJ, due for bump next year.

All that tells me is that the Texans are in the lower half of the league in terms of available cap space.
$12.7 isn't much, relatively speaking, since considering their draft position this year, about half of that will need to be set aside for the rookie pool.
I could be wrong but I don't see the Texans making any big splashes in FA this year unless they right some of the wrongs they made on contracts for Walker, Wade, et al. I know Walker is going to be cut. Who knows about Wade.
