Some of these have already been posted in separate threads and some I haven't seen, but I decided to combine all of these into one thread. These moves will change many teams' free agency plans and their draft plans:

Shaun Alexander signs 8-year, $62 million contract:

I wonder how big of a contract Arrington will require and if there's a chance we could bring him here? He's been an OLB so far and could either be that freak of a passrushing LB (assuming we can get him to play hard) or maybe switch to MLB and crush anything that comes up the middle.

The key one to me for the Texans is Pennington's restructure and Arrington's buyout.

The Jets may not be a viable trading partner if they think Pennington can come back healthy.

If we're looking for a LB, Arrington couldn't hurt our defense. I do feel though that he's a bit over-rated at times.
